We missed it, but honestly, shouldn't you enjoy Chocolate Ice Cream every day this summer?
Try this Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream made with Amore di Mona couverture chocolat speciale created by our own Chef Benita.
In a sauce pan whisk together sugar, 1 ½ cups hemp milk and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil on medium heat.
Once brought to a boil, take off the heat and stir in chocolate until completely melted.
Add in the rest of the Hemp milk.
Pour into Ice Cream Machine and use as instructed by manufacturer.
Use this ice cream in your favorite recipe, serve with your favorite toppings, or enjoy the chocolaty goodness all on its own.
