Gluten-free, allergy friendly, and made using our Amore di Mona Luxury Dark Chocolate Bulk Bar, these Florentine au Chocolat cookies are simple, delicious, and sure to be a favorite treat.
Lace Florentine Cookies
2/3 cup gluten free oat flour (processed gluten free oats)
3 tbsp sweet rice flour
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp pumpkin spice
2 tbsp hemp milk
2 tbsp agave
1/8 cup safflower oil
½ tbsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Combine flours, salt, sugar and spice into a bowl.
Bring milk, agave, oil and vanilla to a boil, once boiling, remove from heat and add flour mixture, stir till combined.
Let mixture cool down for 20 minutes or until thickens up.
Scoop batter onto prepared sheet tray about 4 inches apart, account for spreading.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.

Tools you'll need:
- A microwave-safe bowl
- A heat-proof spatula
Chop chocolate from Bulk Bar into small pieces. Place into a microwave-safe bowl. Glass is best.
Microwave chocolate for TEN SECONDS. Never heat for longer than ten seconds.
Remove bowl and stir chocolate very well.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 until chocolate is mostly melted. Stir out any remaining lumps.
