Maple Cookies - Vegan and Gluten-free


These Maple Cookies are perfect to make on an autumn day.

Their sweet, delicate flavor will delight the child in all of us.

We have made these vegan and without any of the 8 Common Food Allergens, so they are a safe treat for everyone.

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz White Rice Flour

  • 4.5 oz Potato Starch

  • 2 oz Tapioca Starch

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • 3 oz Avocado Oil

  • 5 oz Maple Sugar

  • 4 oz Granulated Sugar

  • 1T baking powder

  • 1T avocado oil

  • 1T water

  • 1/4 xanthan gum

  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 3 oz Hemp Milk

  • 1square Amore di Mona Gourmet Dark Chocolate Bulk Bar

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Mix together dry ingredients.

  3. Cream together 3 ounces oil and sugar.

  4. Add in baking powder, avocado oil, water, xanthan gum, and vanilla extract.

  5. Add dry ingredients and mix together until it resembles sand.

  6. Slowly add in hemp milk. Continue to mix together until a soft dough forms.

  7. Roll out on parchment paper to a ¼ inch thick. Cut into shapes.

  8. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8 minutes.

  9. Melt chocolate in microwave - stirring often

  10. Dip or drizzle over cookies
