National Chocolate Pudding Day


Child's snack, pie filling, or stand alone dessert, who doesn't love a rich chocolate pudding? Celebrate National Chocolate Pudding Day with this delicious, and beautiful, vegan and gluten free chocolate pudding.

Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 3C Hemp milk

  • 3/4C Sugar

  • 1/3C Cocoa powder

  • 1/4C Tapioca starch

  • 1Tbsp Vanilla

  • 1Tbsp Avocado oil

Instructions:

  1. In a non-stick sauce pan whisk together all ingredients except vanilla and oil.

  2. Place over medium heat. Stir continuously until mixture starts to thicken.

  3. Remove from sauce pan. Add vanilla and oil.

  4. Pour into cups.

  5. Chill for 1-2 hours

  6. Enjoy.
